Hello everyone and welcome or welcome back to the 2024-2025 academic school year! Our team at the Business Healthcare Society, wish you a fantastic school year filled with lots of joy and memorable experiences.
Bridging Business and Healthcare:
When people think about healthcare, their minds often go straight to doctors, nurses, or hospitals. When they think about business, they picture markets, finance, or innovation. But the truth is: health and business are deeply interconnected. Every decision in healthcare from how hospitals are managed, to how pharmaceutical companies bring new drugs to market, to how governments fund public health, is shaped by business principles.
At the Business Healthcare Society (BHS), we believe that understanding this intersection is essential for the next generation of leaders. Expect the return of our flagship initiatives — like Sell or Cell and BHS Talks — but with new twists and fresh perspectives. Networking & Mentorship
One of our biggest focuses this year is helping members build meaningful relationships. BHS will give you the opportunity to connect with peers, alumni, and professionals who can help guide your path though our numerous events.
Community & Social Life
Of course, it’s not all business! We’re excited to bring back creative social events (yes, with a few surprises) where you can meet new people, relax, and have fun outside the classroom.
