Welcome back to our November blog post! Have you ever wondered who keeps things running behind the scenes at BHS? This month, we’re shining the spotlight on the dedicated members who of our wonderful club.
Firstly, we have our 2024-2025 co-presidents. They are both in their final year at the University of Ottawa. Working hand in hand, they lead with vision and dedication, while driving innovation, fostering growth, and ensuring BHS continues to make a meaningful impact.
Up next is our Internal Team! They’re the glue that holds our operations together here at BHS. From keeping our team organized to making sure everyone stays informed about upcoming events, they play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Next, we have our Events Team! They’re the creative minds behind all of BHS’s exciting and impactful events, like our recent and unforgettable Murder Mystery Night. Be sure to keep an eye out for their next big event!
Up next is our External Team! They play a vital role in connecting BHS with the wider community. Working closely with other teams, they help amplify our impact by coordinating with incredible speakers, sponsors, and partners to make every event a success.
Next we have our money whisperers aka our Finance team! They make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing our resources and keeping every project on track. They’re the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all our plans come to life seamlessly while keeping our finances in perfect balance.
Next up is our amazing Marketing Team! They’re the creative force behind all of BHS’s social media. From designing eye-catching posts to crafting engaging content, they keep everyone informed, inspired, and excited about everything happening within BHS.
Up next is our Philanthropy Team! Giving back to the community is a huge part of our mission here at BHS, and this team helps us bring that mission to life. Keep an eye out for our upcoming charity events—there’s a really exciting one coming next semester (trust us, you’ll want to be part of it!).
Last but certainly not least, we have our new First Year Reps! They’ve recently joined the BHS team and are already making an impact by lending a hand across different teams and contributing fresh ideas and enthusiasm.
